We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our growing organization to work in our offices in Espoo, Finland.

About the position

We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. 

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Assist with financial administration
  • Maintain an online filing system
  • Managing the office
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Assist in keeping track on insurances and sports vouchers
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in Google office tools
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Friendly and easy to get along with
